Q. How our products are distinguished from others?

Ans. We offer personalization and customization of each and every bracelet in multiple ways, for example, we offer Male or Female sizes, evil eye beads, charms or no charms etc.

We even offer separate section and sizes for Kids, especially designed keeping in mind the need of kids ages 1 to 15. We have products for all age groups.

Q. How does crystals work?

Ans. Crystals have their own Vibrations and Energy, when we channel that energy and maximize it, according to our needs and requirements, crystals align our own energy with them, helping us to heal.

Q. Will you be energizing the crystals for individual needs?

Ans. Yes, all the orders received, are cleansed, energized and programmed by us, before dispatch. This is the main reason, the product once received by the customers will not be returned or exchanged, as it’ll be programmed for the specific use of that individual, and cannot be used by any other person.

Q. How will I come to know that I need this particular crystal?

Ans. We offer multiple options to narrow down your search according to your needs. Apart from that, you can select the crystal intuitively. For example, while browsing through multiple products, if you get attracted to any particular crystal, you should choose it. The reason that you get attracted to a particular crystal is that your soul need that energy or vibration to heal itself. 

Q. When will I receive my order, once I make the payment?

Ans. All the orders will be dispatched within 3 business days from the date of booking/payment. It might take 5-10 business days for your package to reach you, depending on your location.

Q. How can I get a Refund in case I do not like the product?

Ans. We do not offer a return/refund in such cases. Products once purchased, cannot be returned or exchanged, for any other reason except damage during shipping. For damaged products, we have an exchange policy. Read Exchange Policy.

Q. How can I get my products exchanged, if I receive it in damaged condition?

Ans. Inform us on kaaminiujjwal@gmail.com within next 24 hrs of receiving your parcel in-case of receiving any damaged or missing product. For more info on this, read our Exchange Policy.

Q. If, I buy multiple products for different persons, how are you going to energize it for individual?

Ans. We have given a special comment box below each product, you can add the name of the person for whom the product has to be energized, along with the specific needs of that individual. 

For example, if he/she needs a different size, other than mentioned.

Q. Why the crystals I receive look different from the one’s seen on the website?

Ans. Colours, sizes & textures displayed on the website is not necessarily match the actual product that you receive, as no two natural crystals/stones are identical. The products are made of Natural Crystals/Stones. Hence small holes, cracks, marks on the surface or inside the beads/pieces are likely to be visible.
